ALL ITEMS BOUGHT ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
 
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
MĀLAMA'S INTEREST IS IN THE SATISFACTION OF ITS CUSTOMERS. IF, FOR ANY REASON, YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER OR MAKE A RETURN, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE DIRECTLY AT INFO@MALAMABEBE.COM AND A MEMBER OF THE TEAM WILL BE HAPPY TO EXPLAIN YOU HOW TO PROCEED.
   
REFUND
MĀLAMA OFFERS RETURNS OR REFUNDS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR PURCHASE. YOU CAN RETURN YOUR PRODUCT FOR A REFUND FROM THE PAYMENT METHOD USED DURING YOUR PURCHASE. ITEMS MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION, AS NEW, EXCEPT DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. ITEMS ON SALE, PROMOTION, DISCOUNTED PRICE, ETC. ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.  
RETURN SHIPPING FEES ARE AT CUSTOMER'S CHARGE. ALL FEES RELATED TO DUTIES ARE AT CUSTOMER'S CHARGE AND NOT REFUNDABLE.
AN AMOUNT OF 20$ FOR HANDLING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL REFUND.
 
MĀLAMA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUND FOR ANY ITEMS THAT DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS MENTIONED ABOVE.
 
- PRODUCT SHOULD BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH ALL LABELS ATTACHED AND WITH THE INSTRUCTION BOOKLET. 
 
 - PRODUCT SHOULD BE IN ITS ORIGINAL STATE, NEITHER USED NOR WASHED.
 
- PRODUCT SHOULD BE FREE OF ANY ODORS, STAINS, AND ANIMAL OR HUMAN HAIR.
 
- ALL THE  RETURNED PRODUCTS ARE INSPECTED WHEN RECEIVED.
  
AFTER ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE AND VERIFYING THAT THE CONTENTS ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION, THE RETURN PROCESS WILL BE INITIATED. A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED UPON RECEIPT OF THE ITEM AT OUR WAREHOUSE. ALLOW UP TO TEN BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE REFUND TO APPEAR ON YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

DAMAGED PRODUCT
FOR A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT INFO@MALAMABEBE.COM AND ATTACH PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED PRODUCT WITH YOUR RETURN REQUEST.
 
YOUR REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WE WILL REPLACE YOUR ITEM AT NO ADDITIONAL COST ON YOUR PART. 
 
 
ORDER CANCELLATION
 
MALAMA BEBE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND/OR REFUND ALL ORDERS. IF APPLICABLE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ORDER CANCELLATION EMAIL AND A REFUND.
