Refund policy
Malama Bebe's interest is in the satisfaction of its customers. If, for any reason, 
you wish to cancel your order or make a return, please contact Customer Service 
directly at info@malamabebe.com. A member of the team will be happy to explain 
our process to you.



Refund 

Malama offers returns or refunds within 7 days of your purchase. You can 
return your product for a refund from the payment method used during 
your purchase. Items must be in perfect condition, as new, except defective 
products. Items on sale, promotion, discounted price, etc. are not 
refundable. 


Malama Bebe reserves the right to refuse reimbursement fo any items that do not
meet the requirements mentioned above.
 

Product should be in its original packaging, with all labels attached and with the 
   instruction booklet. 


- Product should be in its original state, neither used nor washed.
 
- Product should be free of any odors, stains, and animal or human hair. 
 

After acknowledging receipt of the package and verifying that the contents are in 
perfect condition, the return process will be initiated. A full refund will be issued 
upon receipt of the item at our premises. Allow up to ten business days for the 
refund to appear on your original payment method. 

NOTE THAT ON EACH ORDER, A 16$ FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR
PURCHASES MADE IN QUEBEC AND A 26$ FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
FOR PURCHASES MADE IN ANY OTHER CANADIAN PROVINCE. RETURN
SHIPPING COSTS ARE ASSUMED BY THE CUSTOMER.



Exchange

* Customer is responsible for any exchange shipping costs. 


Damaged product
For a defective or damaged product, please contact Customer Service at 
info@malamabebe.com and attach photos of the damaged product with your return 
request.
 
Your request will be processed as soon as possible and we will replace your item 
at no additional cost on your part. 



Order Cancellation
 
Malama Bebe reserves the right to cancel and/or refund all orders. If 
applicable, you will receive an order cancellation email and a refund.
   
All items purchased during a promotion are final sales.
