Mālama baby carriers are subject to a 12-month warranty following purchase. 

 

All products undergo serious quality control. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you notice any breakage, faulty stitching, defect, missing piece, etc., we invite you to contact us directly by email so that we can analyze the problem. Mālama reserves the right to determine, depending on the nature of the problem, whether the item will be repaired, exchanged or refunded.

Don't worry, we'll do it as quickly as possible, we know how difficult it can be to spend several days without your baby carrier. Our seamstress is very efficient. Repairs are quick. It takes 1-3 business days for shipping. Then 3 days for the repair. Then, a second time, 1 to 3 working days for shipping. The average repair time is 7 days in total.

how much does a repair cost?

ALL REPAIRS ARE FREE OF CHARGE FOR BABY CARRIERS PURCHASED LESS THAN 12 MONTHS AGO. You have no fees to pay. We send you a prepaid shipping label so you can send your carrier to us. Once repaired, it will be sent back to you by express delivery.
