Quick and easy returns!

Malama bebe's interest is the satisfaction of its customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel an order or make a return, please contact customer service directly at info@malamabebe.com. A member of the team will be happy to explain the procedure to you.

Items must be in perfect condition, like new, except for defective products.

In order to be eligible for reimbursement, they must therefore meet the criteria below:

  • Be in their original packaging, with the labels attached to the product and the instruction booklet.
  • Be in their original state, neither used nor washed.
  • Be free of any odors, stains, animal hair or hair.

All returned items are rigorously inspected upon receipt.

Malama Bebe reserves the right to refuse reimbursement for any items that do not meet the requirements mentioned above.

After acknowledging receipt of the package and verifying that the contents are in perfect condition, the return process will be initiated.

The full refund will be issued upon receipt of the item at our premises. Allow up to ten business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt.

For a defective or damaged product, please contact customer service at info@malamabebe.com and attach photos of the damaged product to your return request.

Your request will be processed as soon as possible and we will replace your item at no additional cost on your part.
