REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Malama's interest is the satisfaction of its customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel an order, make an exchange or obtain a refund, please contact customer service directly at info@malamabebe.com. A member of the team will be happy to explain the procedure to you.

REFUND

Malama offers returns or refunds within 7 days of your purchase. You can return your product in exchange for a refund from the payment method used during your purchase. The items must be in perfect condition, in new condition, with the exception of defective products. Items on sale, on sale, on promotion, at a reduced price, etc. are non-refundable.

Malama reserves the right to refuse refunds for any items that do not meet the requirements mentioned below:

- be within their original packaging, with the labels attached to the product and the instruction booklet.

- be in their initial state, neither used nor washed.

- be free of any odors, stains, pet hair or hair.

​- all returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt.

​After acknowledging receipt of the package and verifying that the contents are in perfect condition, the return process will be initiated. The full refund will be issued upon receipt of the item at our premises. Allow up to ten business days for the refund to appear on your initial method of payment.

Note that on each order, a $16 fee will not be refunded for purchases made in Quebec and a $26 fee will not be refunded for purchases made in all other Canadian provinces. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGE

Malama offers exchanges within 7 days of your purchase. You can exchange your products in return for a replacement product. The items must be in perfect condition, in new condition, with the exception of defective products. Items on sale, on sale, on promotion, at a reduced price, etc. Are not exchangeable.

The shipping cost of exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM

For a defective or damaged product, please contact customer service at info@malamabebe.com and attach photos of the damaged product to your return request.

Your request will be processed as soon as possible and we will replace your item at no additional cost on your part.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Malama reserves the right to cancel and refund all orders. If applicable, you will receive an order cancellation email and a refund.

All items purchased during a promotion are final sale.
