Mālama baby carriers are subject to a twelve month warranty following purchase.
All products are subject to serious quality control. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you notice a breakage, a defective seam, a defect, a missing part, etc. We invite you to communicate directly with us by email so that we can analyze the problem. Mālama reserves the right to determine, depending on the nature of the problem, whether the item will be repaired, exchanged or refunded.

Drop off your baby carrier to be repaired at the post office.

Step 3

Your baby carrier is being repaired at our workshop and we are working hard to get it back to you as soon as possible.
