REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

MALAMA BEBE'S INTEREST IS IN ITS CUSTOMERS' SATISFACTION. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU WISH TO CANCEL AN ORDER, MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR OBTAIN A REFUND, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE DIRECTLY AT INFO@MALAMABEBE.COM. A TEAM MEMBER WILL BE PLEASED TO EXPLAIN YOU THE PROCEDURE.

REIMBURSEMENT

MALAMA OFFERS RETURNS OR REFUNDS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR PURCHASE. YOU CAN RETURN YOUR PRODUCT FOR A REFUND TO THE PAYMENT MEANS USED DURING YOUR PURCHASE. ITEMS MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION, AS NEW, EXCEPT DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. ITEMS ON SALE, SALE, PROMOTION, DISCOUNTED PRICE, ETC. ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

MALAMA BEBE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUND FOR ANY ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS MENTIONED BELOW:

- BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH LABELS ATTACHED TO THE PRODUCT AND INSTRUCTION BOOKLET.

- BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, NOT USED, NOT WASHED.

- BE FREE OF ALL ODORS, STAINS, ANIMAL HAIR OR HAIR.

​- ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT.

​AFTER HAVING ACKNOWLEDGED RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE AND VERIFIED THAT THE CONTENTS ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION, THE RETURN PROCESS WILL START. FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED UPON RECEIPT OF THE ITEM AT OUR PREMISES. ALLOW UP TO TEN BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE REFUND TO APPEAR ON YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

NOTE THAT ON EACH ORDER, A $16 FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR PURCHASES MADE IN QUEBEC AND A $26 FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR PURCHASES MADE IN ANY OTHER CANADIAN PROVINCES. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMER.

EXCHANGES

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

​FOR A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT INFO@MALAMABEBE.COM AND ATTACH YOUR RETURN REQUEST PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED PRODUCT.

YOUR REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WE WILL REPLACE YOUR ITEM AT NO ADDITIONAL COST ON YOUR PART.

ORDER CANCELLATION

MALAMA BEBE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REFUND ALL ORDERS. IF APPLICABLE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ORDER CANCELLATION EMAIL AND A REFUND.

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A PROMOTION ARE FINAL SALES.
