All items purchased during a promotion are final sale.
Mālama is interested in customer satisfaction. If for any reason you wish to cancel an order, make an exchange or obtain a refund, please contact customer service directly at info@malamabebe.com . A member of the team will be happy to explain the procedure to you.
Refund
Mālama offers returns or refunds within 7 days of receiving your purchase. You may return your product for a refund to the same payment method used for your purchase. Items must be in perfect, new condition, with the exception of defective products. Items on sale, clearance, promotional, discounted, etc. are not refundable.
Return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.
Import (customs) charges are fully borne by the customer and are not refundable.
A $20 handling fee will be deducted from your total refund.
Mālama reserves the right to refuse refunds for any items that do not meet the requirements mentioned below:
- be in their original packaging, with the labels attached to the product and the instruction booklet.
- be in their original condition, neither used nor washed.
- be free from any odors, stains, animal hair or hair.
- All returned items are rigorously inspected upon receipt.
After acknowledging receipt of the package and verifying that the contents are in perfect condition, the return process will be initiated. The partial refund will be issued following receipt of the item at our premises. Allow up to ten business days for the refund to appear on your initial payment method.
Mālama offers exchanges within 7 days of your purchase. You can exchange your products in return for a replacement product. Items must be in perfect condition, in new condition, with the exception of defective products. Items on sale, on sale, on promotion, at a reduced price, etc. are not exchangeable.

The shipping cost of the exchange is borne by the customer.
Import (customs) charges are fully borne by the customer and are not refundable.
For a defective or damaged product please contact customer service at info@malamabebe.com and attach photos and/or videos of the damaged product to your exchange request.
Your request will be processed as soon as possible and we will replace your item at no additional cost to you.
Mālama reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders. In this case, you will receive an order cancellation email, along with a refund.
