REFUND POLICY
Mālama reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders. In this case, you will receive an order cancellation email, along with a refund.

Refund
Malama offers returns or refunds within 7 days following receipt of your purchase. You can return your product for a refund. from the payment method used during your purchase. Items must be in perfect, new condition, with the exception of defective products. Items on sale, on sale, on promotion, at a reduced price, etc. are not refundable.
Return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.
Import (customs) charges are fully borne by the customer and are not refundable.
A $20 handling fee will be deducted from your total refund.
Malama reserves the right to refuse reimbursement for any items that do not meet the requirements mentioned below:
- be in their original packaging, with the labels attached to the product and the instruction booklet.
- be in their original condition, neither used nor washed.
- be free from any odors, stains, animal hair or hair.
- All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt.
After acknowledging receipt of the package and verifying that the contents are in perfect condition, the return process will be initiated. The partial refund will be issued following receipt of the item at our premises. Allow up to ten business days for the refund to appear on your initial payment method.

For a defective or damaged product please contact customer service info@malamabebe.com and attach photos and/or videos of the damaged product to your exchange request.
Your request will be processed as soon as possible and we will replace your item at no additional cost to you.
