REFUND
Mālama offers returns or refunds within 7 days following the receipt of your purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Items must be in perfect condition, as new, except for defective products. Items that are on sale, discounted, or purchased with a promotion are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are fully covered by the customer.
If you buy two or more items with a promo code and return one item, you will be charged the regular price for the item that was discounted under the promotion. These promotions only apply when you purchase multiple items in the same order.
Import fees (customs) are fully covered by the customer and are non-refundable.
A handling fee of $20 will be deducted from your total refund. Mālama reserves the right to refuse refunds for any items that do not meet the requirements outlined below:
- Must be in their original packaging, with tags attached to the product and the instruction booklet.
- Must be in their original condition, not used, not washed.
- Must be free of any odors, stains, pet hair, or human hair.
- All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt.
After receiving the package and verifying that the contents are in perfect condition, the return process will be initiated. A partial refund will be issued after the item is received at our facilities. Please allow up to ten business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
EXCHANGE
Mālama offers exchanges within 7 days following your purchase. You can exchange your products for a replacement product. Items must be in perfect condition, as new, except for defective products. Items that are on sale, discounted, or purchased with a promotion are non-exchangeable.

Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
For a defective or damaged product, please contact customer service at info@malamabebe.com and include photos of the damaged product with your return request.
Your request will be processed as quickly as possible, and we will replace your item at no additional cost to you.
Order cancellation
Mālama reserves the right to cancel and refund any order. If this occurs, you will receive an email notifying you of the order cancellation, along with a refund.
